Our mission
At the centre of our productions is always the actor and their personal story. We rely on author's dramaturgy based on participants' real experiences, physical theatre and movement, and visual imagery that makes the action intuitively understandable.

History
01.11.2025
The studio was officially founded in Gijón (Asturias, Spain) on November 1, 2025, under the auspices of ARTU — the Regional Theatre Union of Asturias. The non-profit association was created by the artists of the Asturus group to support young theatre projects.

About ARTU
ARTU — Asociación Regional de Teatro de Asturias — is a non-profit organisation created by artists to support young theatre projects. The Asturus studio operates under its auspices.
